AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Authority( authority ) just gets proprietary by human element. It was caused by man shall ever get active role in each activity. Man constitutes primal element in management, since to the effect management and management process established by man. Each activity to reach to the effect that has by human labour help and even that aim for meeting satisfaction / man the need.

Position an employee, what included manager or operational basically been determined by authority one that its proprietary. More and more authority that someone proprietary therefore excelsior its position in organization conversely.

Authority constitutes a number power( powers ) and rights( rights ) one that validity and legal which had by someone to command others, have done or not have done something; one that is delegated at one particular responsible position.


Authority( authority ) really necessary for someone, since:
