PARTICIPATION AND CLERK JOB MOTIVATION

“Participation ” actually is constitute terminology in management science. Even so participation terminology currently is not again constitute management science monopoly, terminology's mean that participation have become common belonging in mean that extensive. It apparently our participation terminology meets deep newspaper, magazine, etc., even deep gab everyday terminology oftentimes participation is called.

Participation terminology actually indigenous strange language participation , with the meaning mengikutsertakan other party. A boss in perform its duty assignment will more get successful when that boss can increase partipasi its subordinate.

A boss which can increase its subordinate participation, therefore in perform its duty assignment will more tend smooth instead of unable chief or not wants to increase its subordinate participation. Why such? By way of increases participation, therefore subordinate matter that diikutsertakan will well straightforward and also indirect for example in planning and decision making makings. It means subordinate will more perceive appreciated so gets to be expected by spirit and job and taste fervor takes on answer him get improved. Good participation step-up actually not only just as gets to increase subordinate self-respect taste it, but then gets too evoke following taste has / sense of belonging.

In that participation step-up we in any case have can increase self-respect taste, most even more what if we can evoke following taste have / sense of belonging. If we are such successful, therefore we will get to expect spirit and job fervor and following taste carry the ball our subordinate will get improved, so decision and plan that we interposes to be expected will get to perform eminently again.

Maybe, some people extant one perceives to hesitate / that calling into question participation step-up will get to increase accountability taste and job spirit and job fervor. Participation step-up means mengikutsertakan straightforward good subordinate and also indirect for example in decision making and planning makings. It was caused by step-up more participation to be emphasized on psychological facet than material facet, whereabouts by way of involve someone in it, therefore that person will perceive following on hands.

Participation step-up in effort motivates to get is done maybe without needs a lot of material sacrifice if than by any other in effort motivates. To motivate gets to be done by gives healthy work condition, giving chances on and off recreations and still a lot of the others. All the things so to speak require incremental cost who may by dozens if as compared to motivate by increase participation.

To increase participation its problem is not as simple as that, because when in increase our participation does fault, therefore just it will disadvantage aim to motivate.

Are some way to increase participation, for example as follows:

1. Asking out subordinate face to face in decision making and planning process.

2. Word about spontaneous aim intention and planning which is issued.

3. Asking for comment and tips about decision and planning that will besued.

4. Asking for information about all something from them in effort make decision and planning.

5. Giving chance to have stock.

6. Increasing authority delegation
